Verified ReviewerOutdoor cushions for Sonoma Outdoor Sofa - 88”
In April, we ordered the Sonoma Outdoor Sofa 88 with Belgian Flax cushions. Our order was scheduled for delivery on June 12 (8********). When the sofa and chair arrived, only the chair had a cushion. We contacted the salesperson, only to be told it was on backorder. The delivery was set up in May, and the balance was paid at that time. There was a mix-up with the bank, and payment was made by the bank twice. The salesperson told my husband to dispute the charge because it would take the business office too long to credit the $1500.
In the meantime, when delivery was scheduled, the person indicated that a balance needed to be paid. I gave them the credit card information, and delivery was scheduled; however, no cushions arrived for the $6000 sofa. My husband called the salesperson, and she apologized, stating the cushion was no longer available (June) and it would have to be ordered. This makes no sense since we had already ordered it in April. She said the new order would be in the first week of August. Now it's August 16, and we've heard no word from the salesperson or Arhaus about our cushions.
In the meantime, the sofa has been marked down by 50%, and it appears that the cushions are available on that sofa. This is unacceptable. We ordered about $20,000 worth of furniture, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. If you cannot deliver the cushions to my home in Florida by the end of August, you can pick up the wood base and return our $6000. A plain wood base is of no use to me without cushions.

I gave Arhaus a last chance after three prior disappointing experiences: 1) incorrect products were delivered, 2) two defective dining tables sent, and 3) a broken chair sent/never re-ordered.
I placed an order this past long July 4th weekend. The following day I decided to buy 2 additional end tables.
I discovered my Arhaus credit card was over limit because my 1st purchase had been charged twice! I assumed it'd be an easy fix. WRONG!
I called, and the experience has been torturous. I was passed around, given excuses, ignored, and wasted hours of my time for a simple issue.
To top it off, I learned the 2 additional end tables I wanted were no longer on sale!
I spoke with the Concierge Team. They said the WebSales Team could make a pricing adjustment, especially since this was an Arhaus error. WRONG!
I called WebSales Team. After 20 minutes, a clerk informed me that her supervisor had reviewed the notes in the case I had filed.
She refused to make any pricing adjustments! She said I had missed the sale and was just out of luck.
Her careless decision was utterly disappointing, unprofessional, and lacked any sense of customer care.
Arhaus made a mistake,is in the wrong and has refused acknowledge it, must less DO THE RIGHT THING!
In summary, the company provided me bad customer service, has terrible internal and external communication, has inconsistent/unprofessional management, and has treated me poorly. I can't imagine another major retail operation not stepping up, fixing their mistake, and taking care of a customer when they caused the problem to start with.
I'm done with Arhaus!

I bought two glass pendant lights for a Airbnb property I'm setting up from Arhaus recently for $699 each. One was "cloudy" when it arrived so I asked to exchange it and they said no problem should be out next week.
Then couple weeks later they tell me it's on back order for 18 months! Now I have one pendant light installed over the island Certainly, I understand that's the way it is sometimes. So I ask them if I can get one off their showroom floor instead or as last resort, if none available, use the cloudy one until the backordered one is ready? They said they are not willing to do that but I can cancel/return the other light instead.
I think they could have stepped up here to make something work. Terrible customer service I'm sorry I bought $20k in furniture from them but I won't be doing again Also doesn't seem helpful to have Minoan as the middleman going back and forth to your vendors as it delays things with them as the middleman.

Awful and expensive Warranty Service
I spent a lot more money for an extended warranty coverage for my Arhaus couch. When I bought it, they said it would cover pet urine and that if it ever happened they would send someone out to clean it right away.
I filed a claim and it took a couple of WEEKS to hear from them, then they proceeded to reject my claim and documentation over another month of time. "Warranty Service" aka warrantyservice.com is HORRIBLE. They said it as not covered due to happening over time... how wrong.
This experience would definitely make me steer clear of buying from Arhaus in the future. What an awful experience.

Twenty days later, the Jagger bench's "standard price" is listed at $1249 (not as a discounted price) and it is "on sale" for $779!!
Arhaus marked the piece "on sale" for $1249/$1999, then listed the "standard price" as $1249 for >20 days to sell it at a sale price of $779. Of course, no price matching.Li

Verified Reviewer | Los Angeles, CaliforniaThe Acacius collection has falsely claimed components of reclaimed wood veneers from yucca trees being surrounded by aged metal. The so called wood parts - base and center top are purely plastic -
lBecause this table was represented as it was, we purchased it. But since after a candle in a metal bowl melted the top and all color disappeared as well as another spot where only a vase with a felt protector sat also turned white.
The plastic cannot be refinished as it does not absorb any color. It is a ruined top on an extremly expensive table. This happened, because it was represented as reclaimed wood veneers. This does not happen with wood.
Arhaus refuses to acknowledge their falsifying of components. Interesting enough the web descriptions have changed from when we purchased the table, but I still have the print outs.
User's recommendation: Do not shop here, terrible customer service - false claims about furniture components.
Disappointed with my Kipton 3 seater couch
The feathers keep coming off at a pace I can barely keep up with. I have a 9 month old and its so dangerous as she is teething andends up chewing them.
I am extremely disapointed with the quality of the couch. Definitely not as advertised.

I called the number which was answered on the 3rd ring. I was able to alter my order to my satisfaction and placed it. That is the extent of my interaction so far.

Worst customer service ! Cant follow through or even return a call back
I waited a whole eight months of coming back-and-forth. Your order will be in then your order is delayed. Your order will be delivered next month still being delayed never could get a honest straight answer from anyone or even a phone call back when it was promised to be returned I have everything saved and emails.

I've had bad experiences with companies, but Arhaus was really the worst. Communication with them is terrible, the person responsible for the delivery area (Marie Wentzlaff) rarely accesses emails and rarely gets back to you.A delivery that was supposed to be made in 10 days is taking 1 month and they don't even apologize.
I will not do business with them again. avoid the headache, avoid this company.

To be cleaned by a professional and we have no children at home.
Poor customer service and told us locally and nationally not their problem. DO NOT buy their furniture.

Concern size of couch and possible delivery problem
We ordered and paid for a sofa that was 96" in length and ultimately realized that the sofa would not fit into our condo elevator. Arhaus asked that we get proper measurements from our condo manager as to the ability to fit a sofa of that size.
When it was determined that it would not fit we contacted and reported that information to Arhaus.
Within a day they approved our request to cancel the 96" sofa and replace it with a 84" one and will refund the difference in price to us. All together a positive experience with Arhaus.
One of the dimensions of the sofa ( the height ) is 35" as well. My concern is the possible difficulty in bringing in the sofa without a possible problem. Additionally, since we are on the 4th floor of our condo building I also worry about the need to get the sofa in out elevator. Looking at the elevator - I assume that is can fit but not absolutely certain.
There is a large outdoor staircase if the elevator is a problem. So, my question is are we okay to move forward with this purchase and is my worry about delivery unnecessary. Has this same issue been dealt with before in your experience. Lastly, what if the delivery people can not get the sofa in the elevator and refuse to bring the sofa up 4 flights of stairs?

Very poor execution after you order. Unresolved claims. Poor accounting. Biltmore management is unresponsive.
We are still awaiting resolution after multiple inquiries over the past several months. Our order occurred on 4/11/23 & 5/31/23 and I write this on 11/21/23.
We placed a very large order for multiple rooms designed by Arhaus.
We are still awaiting a final outcome from Arhaus as to the following items:
Multiple pieces of art and furniture were never delivered or refunded after nearly 7 months.
We always get a run around between the concierge team and the local showroom manager, and no one actually resolves our issues. Ongoing for 6 months.
The product quality took a huge dip somewhere with our summer shipment.
For instance, leather quality and sewing is inferior to prior products and wood finishes don't match.
We have damaged goods that have not been replaced since May.
They delivered outdoor furniture without cushions in May and the cushions were delivered in September after significant effort on our part to get a complete product.
All outdoor fabrics have not withstood a mild California climate.
Feathers are already pushing through from a sofa received less than 6 months ago.
Multiple items have been returned and not refunded.
Multiple delivery fees are charged even though we placed 2 orders and were told that would be the maximum delivery fees.
It is difficult to follow the credit card charges to do a proper audit.style="background-color:
Problem resolution is dependent on the local showroom manager and concierge is just a trouble ticket desk. Sales doesn't enage after they make the sale and the design team doesn't engage to complete the look after the initial delivery.
